Refund and Returns Policy

At Student Chef shop, we want you to be satisfied with our products. We are happy to exchange or provide a refund for an item you are not satisfied with, if it is within 10 working days of receiving the order.

Terms and conditions of Returns:

Please complete the form below to request a return/exchange.

We will email a Good Return Number (GRN) when you contact us. Please write the GRN on all retuned packages.  

Return Postage has to be borne by the customer. 

Garments must be in original re-saleable condition with labelling and packing intact.

Garments that are worn, washed, altered or has odours, pet hair or stains will not be accepted.
